The Problem
Why does fashion need to change?
Fast fashion is built on speed — rapid production, constant buying, and early disposal. Garments are designed to be replaced, not repaired, and most of them end their life long before their materials do.

Garments are discarded at a growing rate, long before their materials are worn out.
Overconsumption
Constant new collections encourage buying more clothes than we actually need.
Premature disposal
Clothes are thrown away after a short use, even when their materials could still serve a purpose.

Fibres that could be recovered and reused are lost when garments simply become waste.

Our Process
From Discarded Clothes to New Fashion
Eight steps take a damaged garment from donation to a new life on a hanger.
Sorting
Donated items are inspected and separated by material and condition, then prepared for recycling.
Cutting
Unwearable garments are cut into smaller pieces so the material can be processed.
Textile Recycling
This is where the transformation begins.
The fabric pieces are broken down by a recycling machine and the fibres are recovered.
